City Hall

Located in the heart of the Maroochydore City Centre, the development of the new Sunshine Coast City Hall building is truly taking shape. A building that has been planned with great care to create an environment that is stimulating, welcoming and accessible to our community.

Scheduled to be completed in late 2022, this project is a catalyst for investment in the Maroochydore City Centre Development. The development agreement with Walker Corporation is one very significant example of the value that is being achieved for the ratepayers from Council’s commitment to this building.

With 10-stories, approximately 12,000m² of floor space a 156-space car park and 96 bicycle spaces, the new City Hall building will represent our people, our culture, and our natural elements.
